Natural Lithium Water Benefits for Treating Suicidal Tendencies

image promoting low-dose lithium for suicide prevention and public health strategy

Suicide is a major national and international public health issue, with over 720,000 deaths by suicide occurring globally each year. In the United States, suicide is the third leading cause of death among 15–29-year-olds. Research on Lithium pharmacotherapy showing of a reduction in symptoms of suicidal behavior, especially in long-term patient interventions, informs promising new advances in public health policies aimed at reducing suicide rates and violent crime in our communities. Lithium treatment for individuals with affective disorders appears underutilized. Compelling data show that trace doses of lithium in tap water or water-based supplements, such as “Lithium Water for Brain Health” and “ Third Element Water Lithium Supplement” may play a significant role in decreasing impulsivity and aggression, as well as lowering the incidence of suicidal ideation and behavior.

Suicidality persists across all demographics and age groups nationally and globally. For example, suicide is now the primary cause of death among active duty US soldiers nationally. As research studies show, reducing suicidal behavior with water-based micro-dose lithium in tap water or in supplement form can be done safely, quickly, inexpensively, and non-invasively, while lessening the cost of training programs and easing the strain on suicide prevention hotlines and risky intervention strategies. Micro-dose lithium-based approaches offer novel solutions to complex mental health challenges. Additionally, they may also support national and global suicide prevention efforts. Administering low-dose lithium treatments as a public health policy can also contribute to wellness and longevity, improved quality of life, more fulfilling interpersonal relationships, and the promotion of safer, healthier communities. As we continue to evolve the science and efficacy of microdose lithium in tap water, or lithium-infused water supplements, we strive for continued progress in reducing suicide and violent crime societally and globally.
